"All people are capable of great things."
These are the words of Grace Kelly, who won the Academy Award for Best Actress at the young age of 25 and later became the Princess of Monaco.
A person's attractiveness is not determined only by their natural qualities or environment. It is the daily life and way of living that one has accumulated up to that point that makes one who he or she is. No matter what has happened in the past, from the moment you step out into the future and decide to change, a new aspect of yourself and a new charm will begin to shine through.
Trusting our intuition and following our hearts to go forward "empty-handed" is the first step for us to change. By letting go of our assumptions and accepting diverse cultures and values, we can create a "cosmopolitan society" where everyone can lead their own true life.
It is with this belief that KELLY CLUB JAPON was born.
Inheriting Grace Kelly's will, KELLY CLUB JAPON provides a place where people can always imagine their "best self" from a world-class perspective and sharpen their inspiration and sensibility.
In accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Women's Advancement enacted by the Japanese government, Nippon Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) has set a goal of increasing the percentage of women in management positions to 30% or more by the end of March 2027 in its "General Business Owner Action Plan."
The demand for women's advancement in society has been increasing rapidly in recent years, and this has become a major trend not only in Japan but also in the world as a whole.
Like Grace Kelly, who contributed to the world by putting an end to conflicts between nations with all of her talents and abilities, our society needs more "women with the power to change the world." The potential that lies within each and every one of us women. In other words, we are like diamonds in the rough. We will create a future where women with various charms can change the world and lead it.
Members have the right to participate in three lectures with networking receptions and one gala dinner party annually in Japan with top executives that you would not normally have the opportunity to meet. In addition to networking among members, we also invite top executives who are at the forefront of their fields in Japan as guests and provide opportunities to learn directly from them. By jumping into an overwhelmingly high-energy environment, you will gain connections you have never had before and raise the stage of your life.
We invite you to special events that only a limited number of people can attend, such as the Cannes International Film Festival, the Red Carpet, Monaco F1, and the Rose Ball. It is a limited right that money can never buy and is not sold anywhere to the public. The Club, with the cooperation of local stakeholders, invites members only to special overseas events.
By listening to the needs of our members in advance, we will arrange the ideal match you seek as much as possible. Since many of our members have decision-making authority, mainly from the president, business negotiations may be decided immediately at the social event. We provide social gatherings that do not end with the exchange of business cards, but directly lead to business as well.
